Paul Dowswell
Paul Dowswell is a British writer of non-fiction and fiction, writing mainly for children and young adults. He has written over 60 books, mostly with history as the subject, but also about geography, natural history, and science.
Background
Dowswell has worked in publishing for over twenty years. He went freelance in 1999 after spending eight years a senior editor with Usborne Publishing. Before that he worked for Time–Life, BBC Books, the Science Museum and the British Library Sound Archive.[1]
